Just stumbled across this great post: Hand Signals at the Stock Club. Sherman Billingsley, the owner, apparently had an array of hand-signals he would give to staff while talking to clients.

It is interesting in its own right, I think, but it made me think of Coleen in this video:

Personally, I think I’d feel like I was landing a plane if I made that many gestures, but both are a good reminder that sign language can be used to help the important conversation
